Description
Food supplement useful for the well-being of women during menopause.
DAY: Contains black cohosh, useful in combating menopausal symptoms; maca, which has tonic-adaptogenic properties (for physical and mental fatigue) and metabolic support; magnesium, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels; vitamin K, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
NIGHT: contains red clover and soy, which are physiologically useful in countering menopausal symptoms; pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which contributes to normal mental performance; vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system; vitamin B6 and folic acid, which contribute to normal psychological function; and melatonin, which, if taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bed, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
