A dietary supplement useful for renal drainage and the modulation of bladder irritability. It promotes a broad-spectrum diuretic, anti-edema, and detoxifying effect.
Crataegus oxyacantha
Hawthorn has a recognized sedative and muscle-relaxing effect, making it particularly suitable for stress and anxiety. Oral administration has been shown to have calming effects on the central nervous system, making it particularly effective for sleep disorders and situations characterized by excessive emotionality and anxiety, stress, and menopause. It has also been found that the plant helps eliminate the emotional component of certain hypertensive conditions. Studies show significant activity on the cardiovascular system, with a significant improvement in exercise resistance. The phytocomplex exerts its action on β-adrenergic receptors (as a partial agonist) and by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, which results in an increase in intracellular cyclic AMP levels, in turn linked to an increase in free calcium ions; these effects are undoubtedly linked to the presence of oligomeric procyanidins and flavonoids such as vitexin. The main actions on the cardiovascular system are the following: increased force of contraction of the heart muscle, antiarrhythmic effect, increased coronary flow, peripheral vasodilation.
Hieracium pilosella
The plant is used to treat water retention and obesity, displaying marked diuretic activity. This activity is combined with antiuric and antiseptic effects, promoting the repair of the bladder mucosa. The plant is also indicated in the treatment of recurrent cystitis thanks to the antibiotic activity of umbelliferone. It also has choleretic and cholagogue effects, supporting and promoting the liver's antitoxic activity.
Equisetum arvense
It is best known for its remineralizing effect, thanks to its high silica content. This mineral appears to play a key role in facilitating bone calcification, especially in the early stages of bone formation. It has also been observed that animals fed a diet particularly low in silica show less callus formation after a fracture, and their bones exhibit lower density than animals receiving normal amounts of silica in their diet. Horsetail has a diuretic effect: it has been shown to be useful for edema, forced diuresis in cases of bacterial and inflammatory urinary tract disorders, and against gravel. The diuresis induced by the drug is purely water-based, without altering electrolyte levels. The plant is widely used in cosmetics for the prevention of wrinkles, skin aging, and cellulite. Given its remineralizing effect, it is used for brittle nails and hair.
Smilax medical
Antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective properties have been documented. It is also used to treat enuresis and menopausal symptoms. It is used as a cleanser for its diuretic and diaphoretic properties. The plant contains trace elements, minerals, sugars, saponins, and steroids. Saponins and steroids provide most of its pharmacological activity and are the starting source for the laboratory production of human steroids such as estrogen and testosterone.
Goldenrod
Solidago owes its significant anti-inflammatory and vitamin P-like properties to the presence of flavonoids and triterpenoid saponins. The components of the solidago tops have a significant diuretic and antiuric effect; at the same time, the herb also has significant anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective effects. It is used in folk medicine to stimulate diuresis and promote the expulsion of kidney stones. In phytotherapy, it is used to treat acute kidney disease and rheumatic disorders with an edematous component. Goldenrod inhibits the growth of Candida albicans.
Spiraea ulmaria
The main constituents are flavonoids (spireaoside) and monotropitoside, a salicylic acid heteroside, which upon hydrolysis releases methyl salicylate. It exhibits azote-reducing and dechlorinating diuretic, antirheumatic, uricosuric, sudorific, and febrifuge effects. It is credited with beneficial effects on conditions such as profuse hyperhidrosis, muscular and joint rheumatism, and epicondylitis. It has significant diuretic and anti-cellulite properties. Numerous authors confirm its effectiveness in the treatment of lower limb edema, ascites, and joint effusions.

Crataegus oxyacantha (Hawthorn) young shoots; Hieracium pilosella (Hawthorn) plant; Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) plant; Smilax medica (Sarsaparilla) root; Solidago virga-aurea (Solidago) flowering tops; Spiraea ulmaria (Meadowsweet) flowers and flowering tops.

How to use
Take 10 drops 3 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
