Useful in all cases of reduced intake of its components with the diet or increased need for them.
Valeriana officinalis: promotes relaxation and sleep, especially in cases of stress;
Withania somnifera: helps to combat physical and mental tiredness;
melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*;
magnesium and vitamin B6: help combat tiredness and fatigue, as well as promoting normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity;
Zinc: contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and promotes normal cognitive function.
*the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, maltodextrin, fructose, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) roots dry extract tit. 0.8% in total sesquiterpenic acids such as valerenic acid (valerian, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] roots and aerial parts dry extract tit. 2.5% in withanolides (ashwagandha, maltodextrin), L-tryptophan, zinc gluconate, orange flavouring, L-theanine, natural safflower flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; concentrated beetroot juice powder; sweetener: sucralose; adenosine 5' monophosphate free acid, glycine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, cholecalciferol.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet, dissolved in 100 ml of water (one glass), in the evening just before going to bed.
