Fructose, rice protein, lupin protein, Dutch cocoa powder; thickener: sodium alginate; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seed dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, galega (Galega officinalis L.) herb with flowers dry extract 4/1, cocoa flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
We recommend taking 2 scoops of product per day diluted in 250-300 ml of water or other suitable liquid (e.g. vegetable milk).
