Wash the affected area thoroughly and gently, preferably with a specific intimate cleanser. \u003cbr\u003eUnscrew the tube cap. Pierce the seal using the back of the cap. Remove the clear protective wrapper from the applicator. Screw the rectal applicator onto the opening of the tube. Remove the protective cap and squeeze the tube until the applicator is completely filled, dispensing enough product to lubricate the applicator. Gently insert the applicator into the rectum. Squeeze the tube until a small amount of product is released. Gently remove the applicator from the rectum.
