Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium, with zinc, creatine, carnitine and taurine, vitamins B12, C, B6, B1, folic acid, and plant extracts, indicated in case of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and, with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function. Ginseng and Pfaffia have an antioxidant action and, with Eleutherococcus, a tonic-adaptogenic action. Cordyceps is able to perform a tonic action and metabolic support. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal acid-base metabolism. Vitamin B12, B6, C, folic acid, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (180 mL), stirring very well and consuming immediately after preparation.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product contains polyols, excessive consumption of which may have laxative effects. Due to the presence of Creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.

Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
