Description
Bar designed for those who practice physical activity. An energy food with carbohydrates with modulated absorption, also thanks to the presence of almond paste. It also contains rice crispies, oat flakes and dried fruit, all gluten-free. The particular formulation provides energy quickly, but the special mix generates a prolonged release.
This bar is particularly suitable for endurance sports but it perfectly meets the needs of all sports. It is prepared without added preservatives and artificial colorants, it is extremely digestible and easy to chew. It maintains its consistency even in extreme climatic conditions.
Suitable for vegans.

Almond paste (sugar, almonds 36%, water; humectant: sorbitol, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup; humectant: invertase), glucose syrup, rice crispies (rice flour, sugar, sunflower seed oil, salt), gluten-free oat flakes, dried apricots 6% (apricots; preservative: sulphur dioxide), peach-chocolate flavoured paste 5% (cocoa, sugar, peaches, sunflower seed oil; emulsifier: soy lecithin; acidifier: citric acid, vegetable concentrate (carrot), flavourings; stabiliser: pectin), rice flour, maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose, cocoa butter, dextrin, wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower seed oil), flavourings, cocoa powder; acidifiers: citric acid and L-malic acid, colouring; curcumin.
Contains no caffeine.

How to use
Since each organism has slightly different assimilation times and energy needs, in relation to the metabolism and level of training, it is advisable to optimize the performance of the bar by testing it first in training.
Before: at least 60-90 minutes before tackling intense activity, preferably accompanied by a little water.
During:
- long outings: take every 1.5 - 2 hours with a little water.
- Medium outings: take around halfway with a little water.
