One serving provides approximately 24 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Whey protein concentrate (90%), fat-reduced cocoa (3.3%), natural flavouring, cocoa (1.7%); thickener: carrageenan; emulsifiers: lecithins ( soy ), sucrose esters of fatty acids; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
May contain traces of soy, eggs .

How to use
Prepare one serving by dissolving the contents of one scoop (about 30 g) in 200 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day, depending on your activity level and considering other protein sources in your diet.
