Water, Agave syrup (Agave americana, leaves), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts dry extract titrated 0.35% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, Magnesium citrate, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated 0.8% total valerenic acids, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.) seeds dry extract titrated 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), Flavoring, Preservative: potassium sorbate; Antioxidant: ascorbic acid; Melatonin, Sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Shake well before use.
It is recommended to take 40 drops in a little water in the evening before going to bed.
In case of night awakening, it is recommended to take another 20 drops.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Since it is a product based on plant-based ingredients, the presence of sediment on the bottom does not affect the quality of the product.
