Vahl) leaf powder, buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L.) bark powder, rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) rhizome powder, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root powder, cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC.) bark powder, clove (Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.) clove powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit powder; thickener: gum arabic.

It is recommended to take 2 to 5 grains per day, preferably in the evening.
