Description
Food supplement based on psyllium, plum and plant ingredients, flavored with plum. Psyllium, plum, ash, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon promote regular intestinal transit. Psyllium and mallow contribute to the normal volume and consistency of stool. Psyllium also has a prebiotic action. Marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Lemon balm and artichoke promote the elimination of intestinal gas. Dandelion and artichoke promote liver and body cleansing functions and also promote digestive function, together with cinnamon and lemon balm. The plant-based extract obtained from stevia leaves was used as a sweetener.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed husk 98% powder (contains mustard and sesame ); acidifier: citric acid; natural flavouring, plum (Prunus domestica L.) fruit dehydrated juice, ash (Fraxinus ornus L.) leaf powder, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaf powder, marshmallow (Althaea officinalis L.) root powder, dehydrated beetroot powder; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithins; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves powder, dandelion [Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber FH Wigg.] root powder, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves powder, cinnamon [Cinnamomum cassia (Nees & T. Nees) J. Presl.] bark powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits powder; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use
Take 1 to 3 sachets per day, preferably on an empty stomach, throughout the day.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a large glass, fill it with still water (about 150 ml). Mix well for a few seconds and immediately take the solution obtained. After taking it, it is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
The possible formation of gel, which occurs if the product is not taken immediately after the preparation of the solution, is characteristic of psyllium. It is possible to remodulate the consistency of the preparation by increasing the quantity of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take in conjunction with medications or other supplements.
