Description
Dietary supplement based on nopal, glucomannan, and extracts of white mulberry, gymnema, olive, and Cassia nomame, with policosanols and chromium. Gymnema and olive promote carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. Gymnema also helps control hunger, and olive has antioxidant properties. Cassia nomame contributes to triglyceride and cholesterol metabolism and, together with nopal, promotes body weight management. Nopal also limits nutrient absorption. Olive and white mulberry promote blood pressure regulation. White mulberry contributes to carbohydrate metabolism. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to use
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, fill it with plenty of still water (150-200 ml) at room temperature, and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Take one sachet 10-15 minutes before each of the two main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Warnings
This product does not replace a varied diet; it should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle, and engaging in adequate physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
