Ingredients
Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark) extract titrated at 16% in cascarosides, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit) dehydrated juice, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula L., bark) extract titrated at 7.5% - 9%; caking agent: silicon dioxide, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules of the product per day, as needed, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
