Thanks to the presence of B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) and electrolytes (Na, Ca, Mg, K), Recovery Extreme contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, and normal energy metabolism. The product contains Sensoril, an extract of Withania S., which is an adaptogenic tonic, useful for countering physical and mental fatigue and promoting psychophysical relaxation.

How to use
Dissolve 1 sachet in approximately 250 ml of water. Take 15-30 minutes after intense exercise.
