Family B is a dietary supplement containing B vitamins, choline, inositol, and PABA. Pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamine, biotin, and vitamin B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy-yielding metabolism, while niacin, vitamin B6, thiamine, and folic acid are beneficial for natural psychological function. How to use
