Fleboplus contains

DIOSMINA 300 MG which increases venous return, reduces venous hypertension, inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators and with its vasotonic properties improves the permeability and elasticity of the vessel wall.

CENTELLA 50 MG which stimulates the production of collagen by human fibroblasts and this improves and strengthens the wall of venous vessels. Accelerates the healing of skin wounds and is indicated for the treatment of cellulite (panniculopathy). Used in the treatment of venous insufficiency with a feeling of heaviness-swelling in the ankles, pain in the veins, night cramps and itching.

MELILOT 200 MG (titrated at 20% in coumarin with 40 mg) is a powerful lymphatic drainer thanks to an effective proteolytic action that stimulates macrophages to produce proteolytic enzymes that break down protein macromolecules, reducing the osmotic recall of liquids with consequent diuretic action.

Due to these properties, coumarin is particularly indicated in lymphedema of the lower limbs up to elephantiasis: in these pathological conditions, its prolonged administration reduces the volume and circumference of the affected limbs by up to 20%.

In lymphedema secondary to breast cancer surgery, it has been demonstrated that the intake of coumarin stops the tendency towards a constant increase in the volume of the limb (and therefore of lymphedema) after surgery.
