L'omocisteina è un aminoacido che, quando si accumula nel sangue, è oggi riconosciuto come fattore di rischio cardiovascolare.
Specifiche
Folato già attivo e subito disponibile: il 5-MTHF non richiede la conversione enzimatica, utile se hai varianti MTHFR o se gli esami mostrano omocisteina elevata nonostante una buona alimentazione.
Tre vitamine B in un'unica compressa: folato, vitamina B6 e vitamina B12 lavorano in sinergia sull'omocisteina, quindi non serve assumere tre integratori separati.
Supporto nella preparazione alla gravidanza: i 400 mcg di folato corrispondono alla quantità raccomandata dal periodo preconcezionale fino al termine del primo trimestre.
Meno stanchezza e affaticamento: B6, B12 e folato contribuiscono alla riduzione di stanchezza e affaticamento, al supporto del sistema immunitario e alla normale funzione psicologica.
Adatto a chi segue un'alimentazione vegana: la formula è vegan e senza glutine e include una quota di vitamina B12, il nutriente più difficile da coprire con la sola dieta vegetale.
Una sola compressa al giorno per tre mesi: la confezione da 90 compresse copre un ciclo completo, il tempo tipico prima di ricontrollare l'omocisteina con un prelievo.
