Description
Formulat AS is a complete food based on partially hydrolyzed proteins, FOS and Betapol, indicated for the dietary treatment of constipation in infants.
Ingredients
Water, skimmed milk , maltodextrin, lactose , vegetable fats and oils [structured vegetable oil (Betapol: structured triglycerides), rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, oil extracted from Mortierella alpina, sunflower oil with a high oleic acid content]; hydrolyzed whey protein ( milk ); emulsifier: citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; fructooligosaccharides, minerals (potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, sodium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, ferrous sulfate, magnesium carbonate, zinc sulfate, sodium selenite, cupric sulfate, potassium iodide, manganese sulfate); High DHA fish oil, vitamins [L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, D-pantothenate, calcium; thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, retinyl acetate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), phylloquinone (phytomenadione), D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin)]; antioxidants (rapeseed lecithin, L-ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract), choline chloride, L-arginine, taurine, inositol, nucleotides [sodium salts of CMP, adenosine-5'-phosphoric acid (AMP), sodium salts of UMP, sodium salts of GMP, sodium salts of IMP]; L-carnitine.

How to use
Shake the carton before opening and pour the required amount into the previously sterilized bottle. Warm in a bain-marie to approximately 37°C before administering.
Warnings
Do not reuse any milk left in the bottle after feeding.
Use the product under medical supervision.
Formulat AS is suitable as the sole source of nutrition from birth. Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. If breastfeeding is not possible or not sufficient, a formula can be used, upon the advice of your pediatrician.
Improper preparation or storage can pose health risks.
The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to localized heat sources and sunlight. After opening the carton, store the product in the refrigerator.
Shelf life when packaging is intact: 12 months.
Validity after opening: 48 hours.
