Mucomimetic vaginal gel, contains a high concentration of a highly standardized freeze-dried extract of Helix Aspersa mucus (alpha-SLEA ABA). alpha-SLEA ABA is a bio-complex characterized by a natural and balanced synthesis of components that perform a prolonged hydrating action and contribute to the restoration of the physiological conditions of the vulvo-vaginal area.
The application of Trophygel Ghimas is indicated for the treatment of vaginal dryness, reduced lubrication, pain during intercourse, itching, burning and vulvar and vaginal irritation.
The composition of the vaginal gel can be considered physiologically coherent, the application of the gel in fact involves a supply of substances naturally present in the same environment in physiological conditions promoting a rebalancing action of the mucous membranes.
The gel does not contain any hormonal substances.
How to use
We recommend applying it every 3 days for periods ranging from 3 weeks to prolonged use over time according to your doctor's instructions.
Pre-loaded disposable vaginal device.
The applicator features a rounded, anti-injury entry end with a small hole in the center for gel extrusion, protected by a removable, non-sealed cap.
The flow of gel will be regulated by gradually pressing the plunger of the device.
1. Clean your hands and genital area with suitable cleansers.
2. Remove the disposable applicator from its packaging and remove the closing cap at the end of the device.
3. Apply the gel, as indicated below, possibly with the body lying in a supine position.
4. By pressing the applicator plunger, extrude a small amount of gel and apply it with your fingers to the outside of the vagina, on the vulvar vestibule and vaginal entrance.
5. Insert the applicator gradually into the vaginal canal while simultaneously distributing the gel inside the vagina through moderate pressure on the plunger.
6. Dispense all the gel contained inside the vaginal canal and remove the applicator.
7. Do not rinse the treated area.
8. The used applicator cannot be reused and must be disposed of.
Components
alphaa-SLEA ABA (lyophilized and titrated mucus extract of Helix aspersa CE n° ABP4284INTERM3) 5 g in 100 ml of gel of the following composition: water, glycerol, carbomer, aminomethyl propanol, tetrasodium EDTA, sodium benzoate, phenethyl alcohol, caprylyl glycol.
Warnings
Non-sterile product. No significant side effects are known.
Product for vaginal use, do not apply to areas other than those indicated in the instructions for use.
Avoid inserting the applicator with too much force or too deeply as this may cause injury to the walls of the vaginal canal.
The product is not intended for use on children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
There are no known interactions with other products but it is advisable to consult your doctor before using the product in combination with other medical devices or drugs for vaginal use.
Do not ingest, do not apply to wounds, do not apply to eyes. The product is harmless but in case of accidental contact rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not disperse in the environment.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
