{"product_id":"ginetantum-soluz-vag-5-flaconi-140-ml-0-1","title":"GINETANTUM 0.1% VAGINAL SOLUTION 5 BOTTLES OF 140 ML","description":"\u003cb\u003eName\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eGINETANTUM 0.1% vaginal solution\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Benzydamine hydrochloride\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat it is and what it is used for\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Ginetantum contains the active ingredient benzydamine hydrochloride, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Ginetantum is used for:\u003cbr\u003e • local treatment of inflammation of the vulva and vagina (e.g. vulvovaginitis) of any origin and nature, characterised by small vaginal discharge, itching, irritation, burning and pain,\u003cbr\u003e • intimate hygiene in the postpartum period (puerperium).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e If you do not see any noticeable results after 7 days of treatment, contact your doctor.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWhat you need to know before taking the medicine\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eDo not take Ginetantum\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e - if you are allergic to benzydamine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);\u003cbr\u003e - if you are allergic to substances similar to benzydamine.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eWarnings and precautions\u003c\/b\u003e \u003cbr\u003eTalk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Ginetantum.\u003cbr\u003e If you experience vaginal bleeding and\/or whitish discharge from the vagina (leucorrhoea), do not use Ginetantum without first consulting your doctor.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The use of Ginetantum, especially if prolonged, could give rise to sensitization phenomena (allergic reactions). In this case, stop the treatment and consult your doctor to start an appropriate therapy (see paragraph 4 “Possible side effects”).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Ginetantum must only be used for vaginal irrigation and must not be swallowed (see section “If you take more Ginetantum than you should”).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003ePossible side effects\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e While taking Ginetantum, skin irritation may occasionally occur, especially with prolonged use.
