The multi-action of GSE NASAL MULTI-ACTION occurs locally by sanitizing the nasal passages, freeing the nose from excess mucus, and helping reduce nasal congestion.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e 1 spray per nostril 2-4 times a day, for 10-15 days.\u003cbr\u003e Blow your nose before spraying. Spray the solution into each nostril, keeping your head upright. After spraying, press lightly with your index finger on the nostril to ensure the solution is distributed throughout the nasal mucosa. A slight, temporary tingling sensation following application is normal.
