It contains iron, which contributes to normal cognitive development, ALA, alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that contributes to the development of brain and nervous tissue, and vitamins A and C and zinc, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
Strictly follow the instructions for use.
Sterilize the bottle or cup before each use. Prepare the formula before each feeding, using only the measuring cup provided, and administer immediately.
Inappropriate preparation and use can be harmful to your child's health.
Humana 3 milk reconstruction is achieved by adding a level, unpressed scoop of powder (approx. 4.8 g) to every 30 ml of water, preferably minimally mineralised (like Humana Amorosa).
Boil the water and let it cool to 50°C. Pour 210 ml into the bottle. Add 7 scoops of powder, leveling with the leveling device. Close the bottle and shake to dissolve the powder. Cool under running water to approximately 37°C and check the temperature.
It is recommended to consume two 230 ml bottles or cups of milk per day.
The milk quantities listed are indicative; the dosage may vary, subject to the pediatrician's advice, depending on the child's needs.
Humana 3 growing-up milk is indicated in the nutrition of children from one year of age as a complement and integration of a varied and balanced diet.

Warnings
Do not heat in the microwave, risk of scalding. Do not reuse leftover milk.
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants, even during weaning and after one year of age. Humana 3 should not be taken as the sole source of nutrition.
For proper dental hygiene, do not use the milk bottle as a pacifier.

Conservation
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life after opening: 3 weeks.
Shelf life when packaging is intact: 18 months.
