Ingredients
Dry extract of St. John's Wort flowering tops, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
The dry extracts are supported on maltodextrins.
It does not contain gluten .

How to use
Take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and 1 in the evening after dinner.
Warnings
If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before using this product, as St. John's Wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to consult their doctor.
