Ingredients
Sweeteners: maltitol, sorbitol; gelling water: pectin; acidifier: E 330; Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root extract tit. 1.5% withanolides, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract tit. 2.5% rosmarinic acid, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower extract; colouring: E 163; acidity regulator: E 331; natural flavouring, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract tit. 0.15% valerenic acid; anti-caking agent: E 903; melatonin.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one gummy 30 minutes before bedtime and if you plan to sleep longer. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
