How to use
2 heaped tablespoons (about 28 g) per day, for extended periods of time according to specific needs. Lecinova Fibre can be added to yogurt, soups, purees, or used in other recipes. It is naturally rich in fiber and the beta-glucans it contains help reduce blood cholesterol levels. The benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of oat beta-glucan. Two tablespoons per day provide at least 1 g of beta-glucan, helping to provide part of the daily amount considered useful for well-being.
