The space
Description
Spacer chamber for pre-dosed sprays.
The use of the spacer chamber is recommended by international guidelines for the correct treatment of asthma.
The spacer is recommended for adequate deposition of the drug in the lower airways, since the direct use of the inhaler, given the high speed of the drug exit, would cause the concentration of nebulized medicine in the oropharynx.
The space helps limit the side effects of oropharyngeal deposition of the drug and facilitates coordination between the act of inspiration and delivery with the metered-dose spray.
L'espace simplifies therapy and ensures more effective treatment with all metered-dose inhalers thanks to adequate diffusion of the nebulized drug in the lower airways.
Conical shape whose flow dynamics makes a greater fraction of drug available, increasing deposition in the lower airways.
Ideal volume: The space reduces the re-aggregation of nebulized drug particles thanks to the specifically designed volume.
Lamellar base: The space is equipped with variable opening lamellae that adapt to the force of the patient's inhalation, facilitating therapy.
Anatomical and ergonomic mask that facilitates compliance even for the youngest. Excellent fit with minimal pressure.
Valve system: the colored valve is a valuable aid for visually monitoring breathing. Its movement is clearly visible, allowing proper coordination between drug delivery and inhalation and allowing for breath counting.
Universal base for all MDI (Metered Dose Inhalers). All models can be sterilized at 121°C. Low electrostatic charges. Fabric bag for improved hygiene and safer transport. Durable and robust materials.

How to use
1 - Before use, carefully inspect the product to ensure it is assembled correctly and that there are no foreign objects or missing components. Remove any foreign objects before use;
2 - Before use, read the instructions provided with the MDI. Remove the cover from the MDI;
3 - introduce the MDI into the bottom;
4 - put the mouthpiece in your mouth and hold it between your lips;
5 - Press the MDI and inhale slowly through your mouth. Keep the mouthpiece in your mouth with your lips tightly closed for at least 5 breaths after pressing the inhaler. As you inhale, air enters through the openings at the bottom, facilitating inhalation of the nebulizer. The exhaled air exits through the exhalation valve;
6 - Wait 30 seconds before administering another dose of medication (repeat steps 4-5), or as directed by your doctor. Administer only one puff of medication at a time and follow your doctor's dosage instructions.
Cleaning
If the device is used by the same person, clean it as indicated. If the device is used by multiple people, in addition to cleaning, it must also be autoclaved at 121°C for 15 minutes after each use. The device can be sterilized without compromising its functional characteristics up to 20 times, after which it must be replaced. If deemed appropriate, for thorough cleaning, the device can be boiled or washed in the dishwasher.
A - the product should be cleaned following the instructions below before first use and then at least once a week: remove foundation and mask;
B - Soak the parts for 15 minutes in warm water with a neutral disinfectant detergent. Shake gently;
C - rinse in clean water;
D - Shake off excess water as shown. Do not use dry cloths to dry the device parts. Make sure the parts are dry before reassembling them;
E - Replace the bottom and mask when the parts are completely dry and ready for use. Center the alignment arrow on the back component with the alignment notch on the body as shown.
Warnings
Replace the product if a component is damaged. Some components, due to their size, could be swallowed by children. Do not leave these components unattended. Adult supervision is required at all times. Do not disassemble the product beyond the instructions for cleaning. If you have any questions about the use of the product, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Clean the product only as directed in these instructions to ensure its effective functioning.
Conservation
When not in use, store the product in a clean container.
Replace the product after 24 months of continuous use.
