Description
This herbal tea blend of buckthorn, senna, and mallow gently promotes regular bowel movements. Licorice helps improve digestive function. Fennel and coriander promote digestive function by regulating gastrointestinal motility and eliminating gas.
Vegan OK.
Ingredients
Frangula ( Rhamnus frangula cortex) cut herbal tea, senna ( Cassia angustifolia Vahl. folium) cut herbal tea, mallow ( Malva sylvestris L. folium) cut herbal tea, fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Miller semen), coriander ( Coriandrum sativum fructus) cut herbal tea, liquorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L. radix decorticata) cut herbal tea.
GMO free.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.
How to use
Pour a tablespoon of herbal tea into 250 ml of water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the infusion steep, covered, for 15 to 30 minutes. Strain and drink, preferably in the evening.
If necessary, you can increase the dose to two tablespoons.
The herbal tea already has a pleasant taste that can be enriched by adding a teaspoon of honey or sugar (preferably cane sugar) to improve its flavor.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Conservation
