What it is and what it is used for
Lomarin is an antihistamine drug with anti-vomiting, anti-nausea and anti-vertigo properties.
Lomarin is used to prevent vomiting, nausea, and dizziness in motion sickness (carsickness, seasickness, airsickness).
What you need to know before taking the medicine
WHEN IT SHOULD NOT BE USED
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance or any of the other ingredients.
If you are allergic to other antihistamines.
Preterm and full-term newborns.
Warnings and precautions
The medicine should be used with caution in subjects suffering from glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, other urinary retention syndromes, intestinal obstruction, bronchial asthma, epilepsy.
Possible side effects
Like all medicines, Lomarin can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
The following convention has been used for the classification of adverse reactions in terms of frequency:
very common = 1/10, common = 1/100 and < 1/10, uncommon =1/1000 and < 1/100.
Immune system disorders
Common: Skin reactions.
Metabolism and nutrition disorders
Common: Anorexia.
Psychiatric disorders
Uncommon: Insomnia (especially in children), Euphoria
Nervous system disorders
Very common: Sedation, Drowsiness
Common: Headache
Uncommon: Dizziness, Tremors.
Eye pathologies
Common: Accommodation disorders
Heart disease
Uncommon: Tachycardia
Vascular pathologies
Uncommon: Hypotension
Gastrointestinal disorders
Common: Dry mouth, Nausea
