How to use
Pour two level scoops (20 g) of powder into half a glass of water, milk, fruit juice, or yogurt once or twice a day. Blend until smooth.

Warnings
Total protein intake (diet plus supplement) should not exceed 1.5 g/day/kg body weight. For prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy, and in children under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
