How to use
Add 2 scoops (about 16.6 g) of powder daily to a glass of water, milk, or other beverage, or mix into smoothies, yogurt, or other beverages until smooth. Thanks to its neutral flavor, lack of sweeteners, and exceptional solubility, it can also be added to commonly consumed foods to increase protein intake.

Warnings
Total protein intake (diet plus supplement) should not exceed 1.5 g/day/kg body weight. For prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy, and in children under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place (<25 °C).
