Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity and, together with magnesium, contributes to psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Feverfew is useful for combating menstrual cycle disorders as well as localized states of tension. Calcium and vitamin D3 help maintain healthy bones.
Ingredients
Magnesium oxide, stabilizer (sorbitol), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium carbonate, Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip. flowering tops, anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate, bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate), magnesium carbonate, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium succinate, pyridoxine HCl, cholecalciferol, coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose).
Gluten free.

How to use
One tablet twice a day with water during meals.
Warnings
