Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the great regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for the use of energy, and is necessary for the functionality of muscles (including the heart), as well as for the functionality of the nervous system. Bound to oxiproline - the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability - and therefore has a very high assimilability. Oxiproline itself, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula for its antioxidant action as a precursor of Glutathione and as a support for tissue reconstruction by entering the collagen metabolism.
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unmotivated physical and mental tiredness, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration.

How to use
