Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the major regulators of the body's energy cycles. It is essential for energy use and is necessary for muscle function (including the heart), as well as for the nervous system. It is bound to oxiproline—the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability—and is therefore highly absorbable. Oxyproline itself, or pidolic acid, is an active component of the formula for its antioxidant action as a precursor to glutathione and as a support for tissue reconstruction by participating in collagen metabolism.
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) have numerous interesting properties: they have a sweetening power without being caloric or raising blood sugar levels, they do not cause tooth decay and are considered an insoluble dietary fibre.
FOS cannot be hydrolyzed by human digestive enzymes and is not absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. Therefore, they reach the colon unchanged, where they are fermented by the intestinal microflora, increasing the presence of bifidobacteria. This results in improved blood sugar levels and an increase in HDL cholesterol in elderly subjects. FOS also increases the absorption of certain minerals (particularly calcium and magnesium).
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, unexplained physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration, anxiety, irritability, premenstrual syndrome, constipation, and overweight.
Composition (per 5 ml dose)

Ingredients
Water, Magnesium L-pidolate, Fructooligosaccharides, Glycerin, Lactic acid, Potassium sorbate, Lemon flavoring, Carboxymethylcellulose.
How to use
Shake before use, pour up to 5 ml into the appropriate measuring cup and take once a day by pouring into a glass of water or natural fruit juice.
Notes: The recommended dose is 5 ml per day. The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with food or drinks. Avoid contact with metal dishes to avoid dispersing the ionic charge.
