Description
Magnesium plays a role in cell division, promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, normal muscle function, and healthy bones and teeth. Together with vitamin B6, it helps combat tiredness and fatigue, promotes energy metabolism, contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, and maintains normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 also promotes normal cysteine synthesis, normal protein and glycogen metabolism, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Ingredients
Water, glycerin, magnesium chloride hexahydrate; natural sweeteners: erythritol, steviol glycosides from stevia, thaumatin; activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate).
With natural sweeteners.
It contains no alcohol, preservatives, colorants, flavorings or synthetic sweeteners.

How to use
We recommend taking 5 ml diluted in a glass of water, one to three times a day at any time (5 to 15 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day. A measuring cup is included.
