Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion, as well as to the formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth; it promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases the absorption of iron. Vitamin B12 supports the normal formation of red blood cells, while vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine ​​synthesis, normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the regulation of hormonal activity.

How to use
It is recommended to take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, one to three times a day at any time (10 to 30 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
