After physical or sports activity: restores lost mineral salts and provides a quota of antioxidant vitamins that reduce oxidative stress on the muscular system. In hot periods, when increased sweating can be accompanied by feelings of generalized weakness and tiredness.
It may prove useful in subjects who do not consume an optimal amount of water during the day (usually the elderly).

How to use
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass of water (about 150 ml) and drink immediately. 2 sachets per day after main meals. The formulation, with a low Vitamin A content, allows the intake of 2 sachets per day even by pregnant women, in the absence of other sources of Vitamin A. In any case, during pregnancy it is advisable to consult your doctor before taking it. For children aged 7 to 10 years: 1 sachet per day.
