Supreme Magnesium is a food supplement that provides magnesium citrate in a highly soluble organic form with high absorption speed.

How to use
Adults: The recommended daily dose is one teaspoon (about 2.4 g). Take up to twice daily.
Children 11-14 years: One teaspoon or one sachet once a day.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon or half a sachet once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
You can also use room temperature or cold water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become clear.
The ideal time for intake is when the water becomes clear.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness.
To aid absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and smell between packs are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
