Supreme Magnesium Cherry is a food supplement that provides magnesium citrate in a highly soluble organic form with a high absorption rate.

Ingredients
Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, natural flavours, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Gluten and lactose free.
Free from sugar, GMOs and allergens.

How to use
Adults: A daily dosage of one teaspoon (about 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to a maximum of twice daily.
Children 11-14 years: one teaspoon once daily.
Children 3-11 years: half a teaspoon once a day.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
You can also use room temperature or cold water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become transparent.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater tiredness.
To aid absorption, it is recommended to take it away from main meals.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
