Magnesium Supreme Night Relax is a formula with a dual action, in fact it is indicated: for when you have difficulty falling asleep thanks to the benefits of melatonin and for mental relaxation for a peaceful sleep thanks to the presence of chamomile and lemon balm.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, even during the night.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. They also contribute to the reduction of tiredness.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, just before bedtime, and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained shortly before bedtime by taking 1 mg.
Chamomile contributes to mental relaxation and therefore to physiological sleep.
Chamomile and lemon balm contribute to mental relaxation.
Original formula.
Magnesium carbonate of marine origin.
It is not addictive or habit-forming.

Ingredients
Citric acid (acidifier), magnesium carbonate, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers es tit. 0.3% in apigenin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es tit. 4% in rosmarinic acid, steviol glycosides (sweetener), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Adults: take one teaspoon a day in a cup of warm or hot water (200 ml) like a classic herbal tea.
It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon or one sachet in a full glass of water (200 ml).
Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time.
To be taken before going to bed.
The ideal time for intake is when the water becomes clear.
Thanks to the presence of plant extracts in solution it will have a light and natural golden color.
In case of a laxative effect, it is recommended to reduce to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantities. In both cases, it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
Variations in taste and smell between packages are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources and humidity.
