DescriptionDietary supplement based on magnesium and amino acids. Magnesium plays a role in cell division and can promote electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, and normal muscle function. Along with vitamin B6, it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological function, promotes energy metabolism, and helps combat tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, together with phosphorus, it maintains healthy bones and teeth.
Suitable for vegans. Contains no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate, maltodextrin from corn or rice, (L-)glutamine, (L-)aspartic acid, citric acid, (L-)glutamic acid, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides and thaumatin.

How to use
We recommend taking one level scoop (4.7 g) diluted in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), once or twice a day at any time (4.7 to 9.4 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water, and then stir. Scoop included. Reseal tightly after use.
