Comfort 1 Mellin Milk Powder

From birth up to the 6th month - To be used only on the advice of the Paediatrician.

Mellin Comfort 1 is indicated for infant feeding from birth up to the 6th month, when breast milk is lacking or not sufficient. Mellin Comfort 1 is a 50% partially fermented milk with selected lactic bacteria and which allows the ß-galactosidase enzyme to be kept active. It is also thickened with starches (corn and potato).

Breast milk is the ideal food for the infant and should be encouraged and used as long as possible. When breastfeeding is not possible or not sufficient, you can switch to the use of infant formula only under the direct advice of your Pediatrician.

Ingredients

Usage

Before preparing, make sure that the environment in which you are working is clean and wash and dry your hands well.
Wash and rinse the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly.
Sterilize the bottle, teat and ring. If you do not have a sterilizer, boil them for at least 5 minutes in water. Keep the pot and sterilized objects closed with the lid until you use them. Be careful when handling objects if they are hot.
Boil the amount of drinking water needed to reconstitute the product for at least 5 minutes in a clean container and let it cool.
Pour the warm water into the sterilized bottle following the instructions in the average feeding table.
Add level scoops of powder according to the instructions in the average feeding table using only the scoop contained in the package.
Close the bottle and shake it well to dissolve the powder.
Once the product is ready, test the temperature on the wrist and administer immediately to the infant. Consume within half an hour of preparation.
Do not reuse any leftover prepared product, and do not heat or boil the milk once reconstituted.
Immediately after use, close the package tightly and store in a clean, cool and dry place (not in the refrigerator). Consume within 1 month of opening.

Warnings
Follow the instructions carefully; inadequate preparation and storage methods and hygiene rules not carefully followed could pose a risk to the health of the infant.
