40-60 gocce (1 cucchiaio da the) in 1/2 bicchiere di acqua oligominerale neturale, 2-3 volte al giorno.
Si consiglia di fare assumere ai neonati soltanto un quarto della dose giornaliera e ai bambini (4-12 anni) una dose dimezzata.
Inoltre per eliminare l’alcool presente sarà sufficiente versare le gocce da assumere in poca acqua tiepida, agitando con un cucchiaino, in modo da far evaporare l’alcool.
L’assunzione migliore di questi rimedi è quella di versare la quantità giornaliera totale (180 gocce=3 cucchiai da the) in un litro d’acqua oligominerale naturale e bere il tutto durante la giornata.
L’acqua avrà la meravigliosa funzione di eliminare poi le "tossine" attraverso la diuresi.
