1 ml contains, active ingredients: L-carnitine 5 mg; equivalent to L-carnitine hydrochloride 6.133 mg; thioctic acid 0.2 mg; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit.B6) 0.15 mg; cyanocobalamin (vit.B12) 0.03 mg; D,L-acetylmethionine 20 mg; L-arginine 2.4 mg; L-ornithine 1.2 mg; equivalent to L-ornithine hydrochloride 1.532 mg; L-citrulline 1.2 mg; L-lysine 0.5 mg; equivalent to L-lysine hydrochloride 0.625 mg; glycine 1.5 mg; aspartic acid 1.5 mg; glutamic acid 1.5 mg; fructose 50 mg; sorbitol 80 mg. Excipients: ethanol 96% 8.10 mg; sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate (E217) 0.15 mg; sodium methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (E219) 1.5 mg; other excipients and water for injections qs 1 ml. Directions
Metabolase is particularly indicated as a detoxifier, anti-fatigue agent, in states of physical stress and convalescence.
Dosage
Metabolase should be administered intravenously, subcutaneously, intraperitoneally at the following doses: cattle, other large adult ruminants, adult horses, adult pigs: 250-500 ml twice daily by IV or SC or EP; calves, young animals, foals, adult sheep and goats: 250 ml twice daily by IV or SC or EP; piglets and young pigs: 20-40 ml/10 kg bw twice daily by SC; lambs and kids: 20-40 ml/10 kg bw twice daily by IV or SC or EP; rabbits and cats: 2-4 ml/kg bw twice daily by SC, divided into several injection sites; dogs: 2-4 ml/kg bw twice daily by IV or SC.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, protected from light and away from heat sources. Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal product as packaged for sale: 3 years. Shelf life after first opening the primary packaging: 28 days.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
It can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
