Miniclis is a micro enema intended for short-term use that works to regulate bowel movements and promote emptying without irritating it.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eHow to use\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Hold the ring above the bulb with your index finger and thumb and with the other hand bend the cannula cover forward until the seal breaks and the cannula cover comes off completely.\u003cbr\u003e Lubricate the cannula with a drop of the same solution.\u003cbr\u003e Insert it completely into the rectum and squeeze the bulb.\u003cbr\u003e Press and hold to remove and discard.\u003cbr\u003e Lie down, preferably on your stomach, for a few minutes before sitting or standing. \u003cbr\u003eGo to the bathroom as soon as you feel the urge to evacuate.
