Description
Thanks to the use of the most innovative and comfortable inflation measurement technology, the functions of motion detection during measurement, arrhythmia detection, average of the last three measurements, but also important accessories such as the larger cuff for use on diameters from 22 to 42 cm, DS-11 is a BASIC range device for commercial positioning only, but in fact, with functional and accessory features typical of higher product ranges.
Fully automatic in measuring and recording the results, it has an extremely intuitive and essential user interface, so that you can independently measure your blood pressure in a simple and comfortable way, with consequent improvement in the reliability of the data, detected by the device through the oscillometric method.
The device's inflation technology works by inflating the cuff to a value just high enough to detect blood pressure and heart rate, thus identifying the diastolic pressure value first, then continues with gradual inflation until the systolic pressure value is identified, immediately after which inflation ends and the cuff rapidly begins to deflate.
With this system the measurement is extremely “comfortable”, so much so that the procedure is completed before the patient has time to perceive the inflation of the cuff as “constrictive”.
The larger cuff makes the product immediately usable over a wide range of arm sizes, thus avoiding the purchase of an additional accessory by a good number of patients with a "large" arm size.
As already mentioned, the recording in memory of the data detected by the device is automatic (up to a maximum of 60 measurements) as is the calculation of the average value of the last 3 measurements in memory.
DS-11, like all NISSEI devices distributed by CA-MI, boasts the ESH Clinical Validation of Accuracy in accordance with the most recent international protocol 2010.
