How to use
Remove watches, jewelry, etc. before putting on the wrist monitor.
To obtain correct measurements, the sleeves must be rolled up and the cuff worn on bare skin.
Apply the bracelet preferably to the left wrist, with the palm facing upwards.
Make sure the edge of the cuff is approximately 1 - 1.5 cm away from the wrist joints.
To ensure accurate measurements, fasten the Velcro strap securely around your wrist, so that there is no gap between the cuff and your wrist.
If the cuff is not tight enough, the measurement values ​​may be inaccurate.
Sit in a comfortable position with the wrist used for measurement resting on a flat surface.
Rest your elbow on a table, so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
Turn your palm up.
Sit upright in a chair and take 5-6 deep breaths.
With the meter turned off, press the START/STOP button to turn the device on and start the measurement.
Press the START/STOP button to turn off the appliance, otherwise it will turn off within 1 minute.

Warnings
Avoid contact with water and, if necessary, clean with a dry cloth.
Avoid strong vibrations and shocks.
Avoid dusty and temperature-unstable environments.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Avoid washing the bracelet with water.
This device is not suitable for use on infants, children, or pregnant women. The device has not been validated for use on the patient groups listed above and may be dangerous. Its suitability for use on adolescents must be evaluated by a physician.
The device is contraindicated for use in women who suspect they are pregnant, are pregnant, or have preeclampsia. In addition to causing inaccurate readings, the device's effects on the fetus are unknown.
The device is not suitable for use on people with a wrist circumference outside the range of 13.5 to 19.5 cm.
People with reduced cognitive abilities must use the device under supervision.
Keep out of reach of children, people with reduced cognitive abilities, or pets: the device contains small parts that may cause choking or internal injuries if swallowed.
Blood pressure measurement is not indicated in cases of severe arteriosclerosis (hardening and loss of elasticity of the artery walls).
If the cuff pressure reaches 300 mmHg, the cuff deflates automatically. If the wrist cuff does not deflate when the pressure reaches 300 mmHg, or if you experience discomfort during the measurement, remove the cuff from your wrist and press the START/STOP button to stop inflation.
Persons with implanted medical devices should consult their doctor before using the device.
This device cannot be used simultaneously with high frequency surgical equipment.
The device is not intended for use during patient transport outside of a healthcare facility.
It is not intended for use on any extremity other than the wrist or for any function other than blood pressure measurement.
To avoid measurement errors, avoid conditions of strong disturbing signals emitted by electromagnetic fields or fast electrical transient/burst signals.
Before use, the user must check that the appliance is in safe operation and in good condition.
Taking blood pressure measurements too frequently can be harmful to the patient because it can compromise blood circulation. Verify (by observing the affected limb) that the operation of liteRAPID WRIST does not cause prolonged alterations to the patient's blood circulation.
The unit is not suitable for continuous monitoring during medical emergencies or surgeries. Otherwise, the patient's wrist and fingers may become numb, swollen, and purple due to reduced blood flow.
If, on rare occasions, the cuff remains fully inflated during measurement, open it immediately. Exerting high pressure on the wrist for prolonged periods (cuff pressure < 300 mmHg or constant pressure > 15 mmHg for more than 3 minutes) may cause ecchymosis (bruising).
The device contains sensitive components and should be handled with caution.
Use the appliance in the environments specified in the user manual. Failure to do so may compromise and reduce the appliance's performance and lifespan.
Do not use if allergic to polyester, nylon or plastic.
Applying the bracelet to a wound may cause further injury.
Applying the cuff and inflating it on limbs with intravascular access or therapy or arteriovenous shunts may cause injury to the patient as it causes temporary impairment of blood circulation.
The device is not indicated for use by people who have undergone a mastectomy.
Applying and inflating the cuff to the wrist of an arm on which a mastectomy has been performed may pose a risk of injury, and the measurement may not be accurate.
Do not inflate the cuff on the same limb as another EM monitoring device, as this may cause temporary disruptions in the function of the other device.
Non-AP/APG type device, not suitable for use in the presence of flammable anaesthetic mixtures with air or with oxygen or nitrous oxide.

Maintenance
Use a soft cloth to thoroughly clean the appliance before and after use.
Use a damp cloth to remove dirt.
It is recommended to check the performance every 2 years or after repair.
The appliance should be rechecked if it is damaged by shocks and impacts (such as dropping) or exposure to liquids and/or extreme temperatures (hot/cold) or extreme changes in humidity.

Conservation
Store your device in a dry place and protect it from humidity, heat, dust and direct sunlight.
