Description
Modulen IBD supports the diet of those suffering from chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). With a doctor's prescription, it is possible to completely replace one's diet for short periods (6-8 weeks) or supplement it with Modulen IBD. Transforming Growth Factor-beta2, a cytokine found in acid casein and abundant in Module IBD, has anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, patients over 5 years of age with Crohn's disease will experience relief within a few weeks, alleviating symptoms and promoting healing of the intestinal mucosa.

How to use
If taken as a simple supplement during a remission phase, 200 g to 300 g of product diluted in 850 ml to 750 ml of water, depending on the concentration prescribed by your doctor, will suffice. If you consume Modulen IBD exclusively during an acute phase of the disease, the required dose will be 400 g per day, equivalent to one can. If necessary, Modulen IBD can be administered enterally. The drink can also be flavored by adding freeze-dried coffee, fruit pulp, or low-fat cocoa.
It can also be taken in addition to medical therapy. It can be used from age 5 and up.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
