Mucosyte fluid
Description
Protective bio-adherent gel for the oral mucosa with regenerating action. It forms a protective film that covers and protects the oral mucosa. Mucosyte fluid promotes the healing of lesions, gives immediate relief and well-being by eliminating pain.
Indicated for the treatment and management of oral mucositis and all lesions of the oral mucosa caused by chemo and radiotherapy. Due to its marked activities, it is specifically used in the treatment of mouth ulcers, ulcers, stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, oral surgery, difficult extractions, implantology, traumatic ulcers caused by prostheses and orthodontic appliances, Burning Mouth Syndrome.
How to use
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass and add 15 ml of water. Mix well and use immediately. Rinse your mouth thoroughly, ensuring that the entire oral cavity, palate, tongue, inside of the cheeks and all surrounding tissues are evenly soaked with the product for at least 1 minute and expel. The product can also be used for gargling and, in special cases, can be used undiluted. For small children, apply directly to the areas to be treated, treating them with a swab soaked in pure or undiluted product. Any unused product should be discarded. It is recommended not to eat or drink for at least an hour after treatment. Inadvertent swallowing of the product does not pose a risk to the consumer, however it is preferable to avoid it. It can be used undiluted with swabs. Recommended use at least three times a day. Good oral hygiene is recommended.
Components
Purified water, maltodextrin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, propylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, flavourings, dry extract of Syringa vulgaris (verbascoside), EDTA disodium salt, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, citric acid, sodium saccharin, sodium hyaluronate.
Warnings
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 60 minutes after treatment. Any thickening or opalescence does not alter the effectiveness of the product or its safety of use. Any unused quantities should be discarded. Store the package tightly closed at room temperature and away from sources of light or heat. Do not use Mucosyte fluid if the package is not intact or after the expiry date. Involuntary swallowing does not pose a risk to the health of the consumer, but it is advisable to avoid it. There are no known interactions with medicines or other products. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. In case of intolerance, suspend treatment and if the symptoms still persist after 7 days of treatment, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Contraindications: known or suspected hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 12 months.
