MULTIFOLIC DHA
Description
Multivitamin-multimineral food supplement useful in all cases of increased need or deficiency of the substances it contains, such as for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Ingredients
Capsule: fish oil, vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol); shell: food gelatin; firming agent: glycerin.
Tablet: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous pyrophosphate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide; niacin, manganese gluconate, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folate (pteroylmonoglycamic acid), potassium iodide, biotin, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); film-forming agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, talc, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol; colouring: red iron oxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule and one tablet per day, swallowed with a glass of water.
