It is recommended to take the last dose before bedtime.\u003cbr\u003e It is advisable not to ingest food or drink for at least 30 minutes after use. \u003cbr\u003eThe duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms; if necessary for improvement, it can be taken for a prolonged period.
